Yes, it is easy to generate multiple PDF report layouts when performing either a Report or Copy job.

In your report settings, simply add multiple report types to the Layout selection box.

With multiple report layouts selected, when generating them whether through a report or copy job, you can preview each layout by selecting the corresponding report.
